The BTI- BTL tilt sensor consists of two modules. One (BTL) is mounted on the surface relative to which the tilt angle is to be measured, and the other (BTI) is attached to the working element. These can include the tank hatch or the crane control box of a fuel truck (to record the time and place of opening), the boom of a crane (to determine the volume of completed work), or elements of mounted/trailing agricultural equipment (to confirm work execution).
The sensor also contains an ID code for identifying the mounted or trailed equipment.
It connects to the onboard controller via a digital RS-485 interface.
